MEET THE TEAM. We will introduce you to Oak Motors and our team while getting to know you and your situation, as everyone’s is just a little different. We will need to understand your circumstances and needs, in order to assist you in buying the right vehicle and to arrange financing. The Oak Motors introduction and investigative process includes asking you normal loan application questions, which will take anywhere from 20-30 minutes.

VEHICLE & FINANCING DISCOVERY. At this point, we will have you select a vehicle and review price, down payment, payment and any trade in value. Once you have selected and reviewed a vehicle that meets your needs and your budget, we need to make sure that you like the way it drives and handles and that it is all that you thought it would be.

DELIVERING THE VEHICLE. When you get back from the test drive, we will complete the process by collecting all the required loan documents and preparing the closing documents for delivery.
